What we do for owners

SC Realty LLC offers property management for rental owners, including:

• Listing and marketing. We list and advertise your rental and show it to prospective tenants.
• Tenant screening. We screen every applicant using the same criteria.
• Leasing. We fill out a standard Florida residential lease and handle signing with the tenant you approve.
• Repairs and maintenance. Tenants tell us what needs fixing, and we coordinate the work with you.
• Move-outs. We inspect the home when a tenant moves out and coordinate getting it ready for the next one.
• Cleaning. We arrange cleaning between tenants.
