Privacy notice

We don't ask for Social Security numbers, bank details, or card numbers by email. Please don't include them in a message.

For now, SC Realty LLC uses a Gmail account, samuelc.realestate@gmail.com, provided by Google. Emails you send us are received and stored by Google in that account, and Google handles them under Google's Privacy Policy. We'll update this notice if our email provider changes.

If your message becomes part of a brokerage transaction or agreement, Florida law requires us to keep it for at least 5 years. Other messages are deleted when we no longer need them.

We share your information only with the service providers that run our website and email (Cloudflare and Google, named on this page), when you ask us to (for example, with a repair vendor fixing your home), or when the law requires it.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for advertising.

Our website is hosted on Cloudflare. Like most hosts, Cloudflare processes basic technical data, such as your IP address, to deliver the site and protect it from attacks.

We don't use analytics or advertising trackers on this site, and we don't let advertising or analytics companies collect information about your activity here. We'll update this notice before adding any. Our host, Cloudflare, may set a short-lived security cookie (__cf_bm, which expires after about 30 minutes) to tell people from bots, and another (cf_clearance) if it shows you a bot check. Cloudflare says it does not use these cookies to track you from site to site. If you pick light or dark mode, your browser remembers that choice on your device (local storage). It isn't sent to us or anyone else. This site doesn't load fonts, scripts, or other content from any other company. Links to other websites, such as HUD or the Florida Commission on Human Relations, take you to those sites, which have their own privacy policies. We don't track you across other sites, so we don't change anything based on Do Not Track signals.

You can ask what information we have about you, ask us to fix it, or ask us to delete it. Email SC Realty LLC at samuelc.realestate@gmail.com. We may need to confirm who you are first. We'll respond to reasonable requests within 30 days. We may need to keep some records the law requires us to keep, and if so, we'll tell you.

This site is meant for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.

If we change this notice, we'll post the new version here and update the effective date at the top.
